There would be an area for babies and toddlers. And the schools could use it too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There would be a cafe and possibly other amenities such as an art gallery, museum cinema. A soft play area for little children. What a great place for us all to meet, have a coffee and admire the views. Some cars seem to be parked for several hours in the parking bays by the shops on &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;Causewayhead&lt;/span&gt; Road, outside the shops on &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;Townhead&lt;/span&gt; Road and along &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;Devonshire&lt;/span&gt; Terrace Road.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Does anyone else find this to be a problem?
